This volcanic blend comes from Finca Chuasinayi in San Pedro La Laguna of Lake Atitlan. The blend is a mix of 80% Caturra, 10% Bourbon, and 10% Cautai. This coffee blend is also 100% organic and scores over 87 on the SCA scooping scale. It's honey process gives it a flavor that cannot be compared to every day coffee in the USA. This is one of the best coffee's that Guatemala produces.
